ABOUT ME
I am a certified, well-experienced personal trainer and conditioning coach. With my graduation from the National Personal Training Institute with a diploma in Personal Training and Basic Nutrition in 2017, I have since helped a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from 13 to 92 years old. My clients have been beginners, individuals limited by movement/rehabilitation, and athletes. I am passionate about personal training because I want to help others become better versions of themselves; mentally, emotionally and physically, whether it be for competitions, sports and/or rehab, or overall health. My experience, understanding and motivation will help you achieve your goals.
My inspiration to personal train unknowingly began at a very young age. While being an athlete from the age of 2 playing baseball, followed by basketball and football, I have been learning and molding into the trainer I would become. Passion and drive came from playing sports. Hard work and a curiosity for physical transformation came at 13 when my cousins and I weight trained in my aunt’s basement. And the true understanding behind the science of health and fitness came from my education at NPTI. I have continued working out to stay mobile, strong and overall healthy. I enjoy it to also stay in “competition” with myself over the years. Health and physical fitness goals are never easy, but they do become easier with patience, routine, understanding and determination. I am looking forward to helping you the entire way.
