EQUIPMENT

GORILLA BOW

Clients get access to the revolutionary Gorilla Bow during sessions. This exercise equipment combines a weightlifting bar and resistance bands for a full body workout. Get your usual heavy weight workout now safely and effectively away from the gym.

BANDS

Get a great workout in with minibands and long bands. Clients get a whole range of exercises with these simple workout equipment. I'll help strengthen and tone any part of the body.

WEIGHTS

Free weights can help individuals strengthen, lose fat and build muscle. I'll help you reach your fitness goals with a combination of tailored exercises using these types of weights.
